DEMIRYÜREK A.Ş. was established to undertake the contracting, project, engineering, and other services of Electricity Distribution and Transmission Facilities, and has been continuing its activities in line with this purpose since 1993.

Despite all the negativities faced by our sector, it has grown with small but determined steps; additionally, by acting with the awareness of the importance of staying at the achieved point, it has become one of Turkey’s leading contracting companies in its field.

With the same consciousness, expanding this success to the international arena is our company's primary goal.

To consider customer needs and expectations, ensure customer satisfaction is maintained continuously, improve construction quality, and implement the quality control system at the highest level according to current standards,
To closely follow the latest technological developments in engineering and architecture fields, and to continuously enhance environmental sensitivity and quality,
To deliver the work on time as promised,
To keep our employees' knowledge constantly updated through periodic training while executing projects with our professional staff at all levels,
To comply with all legal requirements related to environmental aspects and OHS risks as specified in applicable laws and regulations, and to monitor compliance,
To create safe working environments and minimize work accidents and occupational diseases in both our offices and construction sites,
To ensure consultation and participation of workers and, if any, their representatives in all working areas,

To keep input control and installation-related error rate at 3% or below,
To improve machinery and equipment by 60% to increase installation efficiency and reduce work loss,
To work on efforts to keep supplier-related errors at 1% or below,
To increase the customer/project ratio by 15% compared to the previous year,
Not to work with subcontractors whose subcontractor evaluation score is below 70 points in contract works,
To keep customer satisfaction above 80%,
To provide/arrange at least 20 hours of training per person on quality, environment, OHS, and pre-job safety trainings,
To reduce natural resource usage (electricity, water, etc.) by 4%,
To keep the number of accidents and near misses at “0” level,
